The journey continues at the Kimchi Culture Center in Namyangju,
where participants meet Kimchi Master
LEE HA YEON and namul artisan
GO HWA SOON to discover the value
of traditional kimchi and vegetable dishes, and to explore the depth of authentic
Korean cuisine that is rarely encountered.
