"Taste of Korea II: Gyeonggi" is 

a hands-on program that explores 

the foundations of Korean food culture

—from temple cuisine to kimchi and namul.

 

At the Seonjae Temple Food Culture 

Research Institute in Yangpyeong, internationally renowned chefs experience the essence of temple cuisine 

alongside Venerable Seonjae Venerable Sunjae / Buddhist Monk,

a leading authority in the field. 


The journey continues at the Kimchi Culture Center in Namyangju, 

where participants meet Kimchi Master 

LEE HA YEON and namul artisan 

GO HWA SOON to discover the value 

of traditional kimchi and vegetable dishes, and to explore the depth of authentic 

Korean cuisine that is rarely encountered.
