A five-course culinary celebration inspired by Busan

 

"Flavor of Busan", held 

in the ballroom of Signiel Busan, 

is a special gastronomic event 

that captures the essence 

of Busan’s ingredients 

and the individuality of its chefs. 


Chef Wan-Gyu Kim of the 1 Michelin Star restaurant 'Mori' in Busan, 

Chef CHO EUN JU, formerly of 

63 Square’s 'Touch the Sky', 

and Executive Chef SEUNG-WOOK SHIM 

of Signiel Busan come together 

to present a refined five-course menu.

 

Following the luncheon, 

a Busan gastronomy forum will take place, moderated by Sang-Won Lee, 

Head of the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation at Masan University, 

where experts will engage 

in a thoughtful discussion 

on the future of cuisine.
