Emerging French Chef Competition

Celebrating 130th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between Korea and France, 

Maison escoffier and Le Cordon Bleu Sookmyung Academy organizes the first annual young chef competition. 

The Aim of the competition is to discover 

new culinary talents from emerging culinary artists in Korea.

The competition is judged by a panel of experts: Mathieu Viannay, French Michelin 2 star chef

and Korea's top chef and culinary leaders.

Place: Le Cordon Bleu Seoul
